Behind NOVA
Teacher for eight years, yoga teacher and yoga therapist now, psychotherapy training on the way. I came to Lurgan from Berlin in 2026 and NOVA is what I brought with me.

For eight years I was a teacher in Berlin: head of department, ten-hour days, running on borrowed energy. My body sent the bill. Learning to listen to it changed everything, and NOVA is that change turned into a place.
I teach yoga and functional movement the way I wish someone had taught me: warmly, in small groups, and always explaining what’s actually happening in your body: nervous system, fascia, breath. I lift weights and I love Yin. Both belong here.
I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (500 hours, including yoga therapy) with additional training in Yin Yoga and meditation. Alongside classes, I work one-to-one as a yoga therapist and mindfulness coach, and I am completing my psychotherapy training in Germany, because sometimes the body is the door, and what’s behind it deserves good company too.
Off the mat: a beagle, three cats, a kettlebell, and a weakness for old trees.
What’s in the toolbox
NOVA grows as I do: every module I complete becomes something I can offer you. The current repertoire:
Movement that makes sense, always explained, never mysterious.
Trauma-sensitive, body-based and carefully held.
Attention as a skill: trainable, practical, science-friendly.
Structured 1:1 work on goals, stuck patterns and life transitions.

Come home to your body.
